Whether you are a beginner athlete, a recreational runner, or an ambitious competitor aiming for podium. 

It's essential for you, the sport to be enjoyable, movement unrestricted, and to train sustainably for you to improve. 

You've come to the right place.

As a certified level II triathlon coach, I will assist you in establishing appropriate and effective training zones. We will identify your limits and work on enhancing them. 

The training plan will be unique to your level, capabilities, and goals.

Training Zones

Exact set-up of training zones is crucial for optimizing and improving performance.

Running? Or cycling? No problem.

We can determine and set heart rate zones for both disciplines separately by measuring blood lactate or using spirometry test.

The result is the identification of training zones for effective triathlon training based on the lactate curve, as well as the determination of LT1 and LT2 thresholds, along with recommendations on how to proceed and what to develop further.

After a time period, we can re-measure the HR zones and determine new ones, based on the progress.



Performance Tests and Limits Detection

We work with modern technologies that can be used in real training processes, not just in laboratory conditions. This allows us to monitor the impact of training even during longer sessions and to evaluate the suitability of the load for specific athletes.

We use measurements of blood lactate and glucose, Vo2Master, MOXYmonitor, and STRYD Wattmeter. 

By utilizing and comparing the data, we can thoroughly analyze your performance. Moreover, we can use this data to plan the most effective development possible within a limited time. From precisely setting the length of intervals and recovery periods to respiratory and metabolic characteristics.

We also provide recommendations on how to progress effectively and efficiently.



Training Plan, that really push you

Our triathlon training plans are tailored to your individual needs. By testing and analyzing you performance, we can learn almost everything about you. This foundation allows us to build a highly effective triathlon training program focused precisely on your needs and goals.

We create training plans for triathlon (running, cycling, swimming) or for selected disciplines, all according your preference.

However, it doesn't end with the plan. We regularly evaluate your progress and training status and adjust the program as needed.

In case of illness or changes in plans, it is not a problem to adjust the training or suggest an appropriate compensation.



Running Style Analysis

Running is the most natural accelerated movement for humans. However, this does not mean that we all run the same way. Each of us has specific motor skills, whether innate or developed, and that is why we help you with your running style to prevent injuries, enjoy your runs, and improve your performance.

We provide advice on selecting the right shoes and evaluate their suitability through video analysis.

Initial Consultation

In a relaxing atmosphere, we will go through your needs, goals, and ideas together. We will arrange and advise on the next steps.

Perfromance and Meal Analysis 

In order to understand what to build on, you will undergo our stress tests. Here, we will determine your current condition and what needs to be developed. An analysis of your current dietary habits will also take place.

Training Zones

The zones will be established either based on heart rate or power (depending on preference), separately for each discipline. Continuous testing will allow us to verify performance development, and any necessary updates to the zones will be immediately incorporated into training.

Persnalized Training Plan

Your triathlon training plan on a weekly or monthly basis, based on your time disposition. Especially the one, that will take you to the next performance level.
