From the training camp, we organized for our trainees

Every year, we organize a smaller training camp for our athletes of various performance levels.

This is the time not only spent on training but also on bringing together people who share the same passion. We have the opportunity to discuss topics that interest them and share experiences and stories with one another.

There is also room for oversight on technique, style, and even some testing under the supervision of a coach.

Certainly, we provide nutritionally balanced meals that are suitable for professional athletes.

Group runs and bikes

Sport is not only about hard work and sweat. It's also about spending time together with family, friends or loved ones. We often go on common runs or bike trips together, we know nice places and we have space to chat together and discuss various topics.

Nutrition, the 5th Triathlon discipline

After swimming, cycling, running, and transitions (T1, T2), it's something we learned a long time ago. If you want to train well, recover, and give your best in competitions, tuned nutrition is the cornerstone and a necessity.

That’s not the only reason why Blanka decided to focus on Nutritional Coaching. It gradually became her passion, and she continually expands her knowledge with various insights about nutrition, not just in sports. She passionately observes how food can influence athletic performance as well as mental well-being.

Training supported by Technology and Regeneration

I am not hiding that I love data and various gadgets. On one hand, it’s nice to have them, but on the other hand, it’s important to know how to properly utilize them and understand those numbers and graphs.

I test everything on myself before applying it to my clients. I enjoy exploring new training possibilities and developing my knowledge and practical experience.

However, after quality training, there is always a well-deserved recovery, whether active or passive.

Once upon a time, I had an interview with MTBiker

Since then, I have become older, more experienced, and have more scars. The crucial point is that I have gone through a development process and today I train smarter and effectively.
