FAQ

1. I am interested in training, what happens next?

At the beginning, expectations, goals and everything of interest are discussed together. There is definitely nothing to pay. It becomes clear whether there is a good fit and what feeling there is about future cooperation. No one is pressured into anything.

If cooperation is agreed, a performance test follows, which Tommy conducts personally. Its goal is to find out the current condition and what exactly to focus on in the training.

2What does the training plan look like, and what if there is not enough time?

The training plan is prepared on a weekly/monthly basis, always with regard to time availability. Family or work commitments and shift work are taken into account. Every athlete has a unique training plan tailored specifically to them. The plan is adjusted in case of illness, vacation or other events. The response is always flexible to the current situation.

The athlete says how much and when they want to train, and the coach says how.

3. Do you coach remotely?

Yes, coaching is also provided remotely.

However, an initial in-person assessment is always required. It is necessary to see and test the athlete and exchange a few words in person to "tune in". After that, cooperation can continue remotely.

4. Is it necessary to be a triathlete?

No. There are also athletes who are only runners. Since triathlon consists of three separate disciplines, coaching can be provided for each of them individually. 

5. There is interest only in testing, without training.

That is not a problem. Testing is carried out based on specific requirements. If training zones need to be determined or there is a desire to know more about personal performance, this is fully accommodated.

In addition to the personal curve, recommendations are provided on how to train in order to develop the potential that lies within.
